Washington DC legalized* same-sex marriage about a week ago, and today Mexico City did the same thing.
Yes I realize Mexico City isn't in the US, however......any shift in progress when it comes to gay marriage equality is reason to give thanks.
After the setback in NY, I believe these latest events give us hope.
